These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Bullwin platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By creating a Bullwin account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use Bullwin. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Bullwin reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts where the age requirement is not met.
Each player is permitted to hold only one Bullwin account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bullwin login credentials. Bullwin will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorized access promptly.
All deposits and withdrawals on Bullwin are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit is ₱200. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and wagering requirements where applicable. Bullwin does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Bullwin strictly prohibits fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of Bullwin shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and to the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR where applicable.
Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and Bullwin ("Bullwin," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Bullwin platform at bullwin.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Bullwin platform.
By accessing the Bullwin website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by Bullwin, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Bullwin platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the Bullwin website.

To register and use the Bullwin platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
Age Verification: Bullwin may request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, passport, or driver's license. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accrued during the period of non-verification may be withheld.
To access the full features of the Bullwin platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual may hold only one Bullwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Bullwin employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Bullwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bullwin username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Bullwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify Bullwin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Bullwin is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. You agree to provide any documentation requested by Bullwin for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
Bullwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as made available on the platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Bullwin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies unless expressly stated.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Bullwin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which Bullwin accepts no responsibility.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your Bullwin account and the return of funds to the originating account. Bullwin reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion.
Bullwin does not extend credit to players. You may only wager funds that are available in your Bullwin account balance. Bullwin is not a financial institution and your account balance does not earn interest.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Bullwin platform at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method. Bullwin processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts within the timeframes published on the platform, which may vary by payment method.
Bullwin reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Where verification documents have not been submitted or have not been approved, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Bullwin will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing resulting from incomplete verification.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Bullwin does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions; however, processing times and any applicable fees imposed by your payment provider are outside Bullwin's control.
Where a player has received a bonus, promotional credit, or free play award, withdrawal of funds derived from such bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Players are advised to review the specific terms of any bonus before accepting it.
Bullwin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant offer. General conditions applicable to all Bullwin promotions include the following:
Bullwin offers a range of online games including but not limited to Plinko, Teen Patti, Mines Gold, EVO Live dealer tables, Go Goal Bingo, and Supermarket Spree. The availability of specific games may vary and Bullwin reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.
All games on the Bullwin platform that rely on random outcomes use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is regularly audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by Bullwin or any third party. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game interface or in the game information section.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, Bullwin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Bullwin will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify Bullwin's customer support team within 72 hours of the disputed event. Bullwin will investigate the matter and its decision shall be final. Claims submitted after the 72-hour window may not be considered.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bullwin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: Bullwin is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. All suspicious transactions are reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players are required to provide source-of-funds documentation upon request.
Bullwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek professional support.
Self-exclusion requests may be submitted through the Bullwin platform or by contacting customer support. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, Bullwin will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts.

All content on the Bullwin platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video, is the property of Bullwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Bullwin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Bullwin platform without the prior written consent of Bullwin. Any unauthorized use of Bullwin's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bullwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Bullwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Bullwin account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Bullwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bullwin makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.
Bullwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bullwin.app/privacy-policy. By using the Bullwin platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Bullwin implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and Bullwin cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
Bullwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Bullwin will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Bullwin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Bullwin platform and may request the closure of your account and the withdrawal of any available balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5.
You may close your Bullwin account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any available balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
Bullwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where Bullwin reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, Bullwin may withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact Bullwin's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Bullwin will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.
Where a dispute relates to a regulatory matter, players may also refer their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.
